What is coaching?

Coaching occurs when a coach partners with a client to facilitate the client in achieving their goals. Coaching deals with the present and the future with the focus on moving the client forward, in a positive manner by closing the gap between where the client is and where they want to be. Often the coach will work alongside the client to identify and develop action plans towards achieving the client’s goals. The process encourages learning, creativity and and along the way breaks down barriers that prevent change while creating ideal environments for positive action to take place.

What are the benefits of working with a coach?

Coaching provides numerous benefits including developing action plans for important goals, growing skills and talents, assisting in career change, improving relationships and removing obstacles that are holding the client back. What can I expect?

For maximum benefit it is recommend to schedule weekly sessions. A session takes place over the phone and will last for up to 45 minutes. We will assess what your goals and objectives are, look at where you are now, and determine where you want to go. We then explore all the options available and decide on the next course of action to take you closer to achieving your goals. After the session there will be some follow up via email and I am available between sessions if you need further assistance.
